Superior interior/exterior mono-component acrylic sealant for perimeter
pointing around doors and windows with excellent adhesion to plaster.,
concrete, masonry, brickwork, anodized aluminum, gypsum, PVC and wood.
Sealant is paintable, flexible and easy to apply. It exhibits excellent adhesion
to building substrates and is slump resistant. Short skinning and drying time.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, dust
and frost. In case of renovation work, old sealant as
well as old paint must be removed completely. It is
recommended to apply a suitable back-up material
(closed cell polyethylene backer rod or PE-foil) on
the bottom of the joint to prevent the sticking of
the sealant to the back of the joint.
Instructions
Sealant joint width should be designed to
accommodate movement capability of sealant.
Avoid application of the sealant during extreme
temperature variations. Strict adherence to joint
design process required (operational ability of
DYNA-PRO® Acrylic can only be granted in case of
correct processing as follows). Minimum joint
width: 6mm. For joints 6-12mm wide, seal depth is
6mm. Above this range, apply width to depth ratio
rule of 2:1 (12mm being the maximum).

In situations where fillet joints are needed, a
minimum of 6mm sealant bite to each substrate is
recommended. Sealant may be tooled with water
or a neutral non-dyeing tooling liquid.
Priming
Porous substrates, e.g. concrete and untreated
wood should be pre-treated with a diluted sealant
(DYNA-PRO® Acrylic with water in a ratio of 1:1 to
1:5). Before applying primer remove cement
grouts, release agents and oil coatings. Bond
beaker tape or backer rod should be used as back
up material to provide back pressure and avoid
three-sided adhesion that limits sealant movement
capability.

16 months from date of production, when stored at
or below 30°C in the original unopened container
