It is an adapter that can connect a 38 mm Intex hose with swivel coupling to a small pool with a 32 mm connection
Handy if you want to connect a heavier pump or sand filter from Intex to a smaller swimming pool
Use:
Slide side 1 of the Intex connector over the 32 mm connection
Secure it with the supplied clamp
On side 2 is the screw coupling to which the 38 mm hose is attached
